Patients who receive Paclitaxel 100 mg injection must be aware of the adversities like allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), which can be fatal. Therefore, if you experience any such symptoms like swollen face, trouble in breathing, raised bumps, or rash, contact your doctor immediately. If you are allergic to medicines containing polyoxyethylated castor oil or have a low WBC count, your doctor will not recommend Paclitaxel.
The other common side effects that can be easily managed are diarrhea, stomach pain, nausea, hair loss, joint, and muscle pain, hypersensitivity reactions, etc. However, if any of the toxicities become a chronic condition, it must be dealt with immediately.
