Is Exercise Really a Fast Way to Lose Weight?

If you said that exercise doesn’t help you to lose weight quickly, you’d be greeted the same as Galileo when he made his proclamation   The Beta Switch Review  that the Earth was not the center of the Solar System.

Yet, according to recent research, you’d be right. Just like Galileo. Most cutting-edge researchers on obesity now say that the effects of exercise on weight loss have been grossly overstated.

In fact, even a senior director of the World Health Organization recently stated that “If we put the emphasis on exercise we are unlikely to tackle the obesity problem as we are not driving at the root cause.”

Does this sound like heresy to you? It certainly does to me, as I’ve been taught my whole life, supposedly by people who “knew,” that exercise was by far the best way to lose weight quickly.
