January 7, 2021

The Epson Printer Offline Windows 10 issue can be very frustrating especially if you don’t know how to get it fixed. Well, that won’t happen anymore because you now have the solution to fix the issue and bring your Epson printer online.

  1. Go to your PC on which you are facing this issue and search for the Control Panel on the Windows search box.
  2. Open Devices and Printers and navigate to your Epson printer model.
  3. Right-click on your Epson printer and select “See what is Printing”.
  4. If the Use Printer Offline option is enabled, then disable it right away.
  5. Now verify if your Epson printer is set as the default printer or not. Tick the checkbox next to your printer name to set it as default.
  6. Close this window and check if the status of your Epson printer is now showing online or not.
  7. If the issue persists i.e. if your printer status still shows Offline, update the printer drivers on your device. Attempt to print a document once you have updated the drivers and check if your printer is back online or not.
  8. If the Epson Printer Offline problem continues, then uninstall all the printer drivers from your device and install them again from the Epson website. Make sure you download the latest and correct drivers as per your printer model.
  9. Still, facing the same issue? Remove your Epson printer from the added devices list and restart your PC. Once the PC is booted again, add the printer again.
  10. In the case of a wireless printer, restart your router to which your printer is connected. If that doesn’t work, disconnect and reconnect the router to your printer.
